The present invention relates to a gear pump with a toothing chevrons.chaque gear comprises two coaxial with a helical gear, produced by the use of two mold halves (31, 32) which are separable each of which comprises a mold cavity in order to mold a half of the gear. The moldable material is injected into the mold halves (31, 32) when they are engaged in a hermetic stop. After the material is solidified, the mold halves (31, 32) are separated and the gear is in the same time being removed by rotation of each mold cavity.
