The present invention relates to a method of manufacture of gears with double-helical toothing using a molding process for injection. A device for the manufacture of the gears with double-helical toothing according to an injection moulding process is also proposed. The device and the method comprises the use of two mold halves (31, 32) which are separable each of which comprises a mold cavity in order to mold a half of the gear. The moldable material is injected into the mold halves (31, 32) when they are engaged in a hermetic stop. After the material is solidified, the mold halves (31, 32) are separated and the gear is in the same time being removed by rotation of each mold cavity.
