The circuit (50) has a heat exchanger installed in a ventilation and heating installation of a vehicle. A heating source heats stored coolant, and an additional heating source (55) e.g. silicone film and electrified tube, heats the coolant. A bypass unit bypasses the former heating source for heating stored coolant, where the bypass unit has a three-way valve (56). The additional heating source is installed adjacent to a hydraulic radiator (14) or part of the heat exchanger. The additional heating source is formed by a set of plates.
