The body (1) has a fixing unit for fixing the body to a formwork, and a spacer for maintaining two spaced apart elements of the formwork. The spacer includes a central zone (2) arranged along longitudinal axis of the body, and a flange arranged at longitudinal end of the central zone, where the flange extends perpendicularly toward a rounded part of the central zone. The flange includes a notch to co-operate with a central iron part of the formwork, where two supports (3) are arranged longitudinally on both sides of the central zone. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a formwork for a swimming pool (2) a method for manufacturing a formwork (3) a method for inserting an assembling body into a formwork.
