The clip harpoon (4) has a harpoon for cooperating with a fixing unit corresponding to a ceiling profile (2) to fix the harpoon in the profile. A clip is provided for fixing a horizontal wall hanging (5) in the clip harpoon. The clip comprises a wing that is fixed at the clip by an articulation unit, so that the wing is movable between an open position and a locking position. The clip comprises a straight leg and the wing comprises an interior vein arranged to rest against the leg in the locking position so as to lock the wall hanging. An independent claim is also included for a device for fixing a wall hanging stretched on a wall or ceiling.
