The process comprises performing a thermal treatment comprising heating a solution of an element of alloy, quenching the solution, hardening a part of surfaces (4) of aluminum alloy parts (2), tempering the surfaces of the parts by maintaining the temperature, and performing a multidirectional plastic deformation of an underlayer of the surfaces. The hardening step is performed by: shot-blasting the parts; hammering striker elements such as needles; and rolling method using roller shutters. The shot-blasting step is carried out on a part of the surfaces using a machine. The process comprises performing a thermal treatment comprising heating a solution of an element of alloy, quenching the solution, hardening a part of surfaces (4) of aluminum alloy parts (2), tempering the surfaces of the parts by maintaining the temperature, and performing a multidirectional plastic deformation on an underlayer of the surfaces. The hardening step is performed by: shot-blasting the parts; hammering striker elements such as needles; and rolling method using roller shutters. The shot-blasting step is carried out on a part of the surfaces using a machine comprising nozzles/turbines. The under layer has a thickness of 1.5-2 mm. An independent claim is included for aluminum alloy parts.
