The installation (1) has a derivation connection (20) installed in a point upstream of a drain (10) i.e. waste water drain (E), for deriving a fluid part (E1) circulating in the drain toward a derivation circuit (30). A treatment station (40) treats the fluid part, and is installed on the derivation circuit. A spiral heat exchanger (50) is installed on the derivation circuit downstream from the treatment station. A connection junction (70) is installed in a point downstream of the drain, to which the fluid part is reinjected into the drain.
