The vehicle has a retractable roof retractable between a deployed position through an opening and a folded up position under a cover (3) of a boot. A removable trimming insert (11) partially closes the opening when the roof is in the folded up position, where the cover is movable between a lower closed position of the boot and a raised position for release of the boot by pivoting about a fulcrum pin (17). A connecting unit between the trimming insert and the cover is hinged with the fulcrum pin of the cover.
