Oil-in-water emulsion comprises, in a medium, (a) a dispersing discontinuous aqueous phase, (b) a dispersed continuous oily phase, (c) at least one insoluble UV filter and/or a hydrophilic organic UV filter and an optionally at least one lipophilic organic UV filter, (d) at least one lipophilic ethylene polymer comprising (i) ethylene polymers having at least one carbosiloxane dendrimer-derived unit and/or (ii) an ethylene copolymer sequence containing at least one first sequence and at least one second sequence, and (e) non filtering solid particles of the UV radiation. Oil-in-water emulsion comprises, in a medium, (a) a dispersing discontinuous aqueous phase, (b) a dispersed continuous oily phase comprising at least one volatile oil and optionally at least one non-volatile oil, (c) at least one insoluble UV filter and/or a hydrophilic organic UV filter and an optionally at least one lipophilic organic UV filter, (d) at least one lipophilic ethylene polymer comprising (i) ethylene polymers having at least one carbosiloxane dendrimer-derived unit and/or (ii) an ethylene copolymer sequence containing at least one first sequence having a glass transition temperature of = 40[deg] C and totally or partially derived from one or more first monomers, which are such that the homopolymer prepared from these monomers has a glass transition temperature of = 40[deg] C, and at least one second sequence having a glass transition temperature of = 20[deg] C and totally or partially derived from one or more second monomers, which are such that the homopolymer prepared from these monomers has a glass transition temperature of = 20[deg] C, where the first and second sequences are bonded together by an intermediate statistical segment comprising the first monomers that constitute the first sequence and the second monomers that constitute the second sequence, and the copolymer sequence has a polydispersity index of greater than 2, (e) non filtering solid particles of the UV radiation, where the total amount of non-volatile oil and optionally organic lipophilic UV filter is = 10 wt.%.
