The pipe (30') has a tubular reinforcement structure (33') interposed between an inner elastomeric layer (31) and an outer elastomeric layer (32), where the reinforcement structure includes superposed fabric layers or braided layers (33a', 33b') with respective wires forming an axis of symmetry (X) of the pipe at acute angles. The layers form an angle of about 55 to 75 degrees between them with a maximum deviation of 20 degrees in absolute value if the layers are overlapped, and conflicting values of plus or minus 0 if they are woven, so as to give self-tightening effect for the pipe. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a connection device (2) a thermal control circuit for a thermal engine or an electric motor or a battery of a car.
