The battery (11) has a coolant circuit (13) for circulating air for the thermal conditioning of the battery when a car is under a running state. Another coolant circuit circulates a liquid coolant i.e. water-glycol mixture (1212) for thermal conditioning of the battery when the car undergoes a charging process. A two-track connector established on the body of the car authorizes the circulation of the water-glycol mixture between a part of the latter coolant circuit included in the battery and another part of the latter coolant circuit included in a charging device. An independent claim is also included for a battery charging device.
