The device has an electronic circuit (1) connected to another electronic circuit (2) using an electrical interconnection. The interconnection defines a trajectory for electrons between the circuits. The interconnection comprises a stack forming a phonon mirror. The stack includes two layers (3, 4) made of different conducting materials, and is formed perpendicularly with the trajectory, where one of the layers of the stack consists of a superconductor. The stack comprises two alternations of a titanium nitride layer and a niobium layer. An independent claim is also included for a method for hybridizing a surface against surface of an electronic circuit on another electronic circuit.
