The layer (32) is made up of a heat conducting material, which contains a metal and a crystalline carbon. The layer (33) is made up of another heat conducting material containing a crystalline carbon. The carbon is coated on the surface of the metal, and the metal has high heat conducting coefficient. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a printed circuit plate.
