A reducer produces a reduced set of alarm data files from a local unit according to a rule using a current alert state of the device, and selectivity data of the alarm data files. A converter generates detection data from the reduced set according to another rule using an alarm identifier, and a geolocalization data of the alarm data files. A detector controls the interface according to data drawn from comparison between the geolocalization data and the detection data.
