The belt has a central part (1) including stiffeners, and vertical compartments (3) arranged for receiving the stiffeners. Side parts (13) close the belt. Each stiffener is installed on an element, where the element is covered by another element. The elements are crimped by a crimping unit so as to allow the stiffener to be confined in a sleeve. The stiffeners have different lengths according to morphology of wearer. The sleeve comprises velvets on a self gripping face that is provided with self gripping hooks (11) to assemble the sleeve with another sleeve.
