A set of insulators (32) is interposed between the central contact and the rigid body. A base plate (2) includes a rigid body (20). A central elastic contact (41) of another base plate (4) is adapted to be in support against a rigid end (35) of the central contact in a plane (P) defined by a centering surface (45). A set of elastic contacts of masses (22, 42) is adapted to be in support against interior of the rigid body of the connection.
