PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a caulked state of a caulking portion of a turbin rotor blade planting part.SOLUTION: A heating coil 42 is disposed facedly to a caulking portion 12a of a side surface of a turbin wheel 10. During the time that the heating coil 42 is relatively rotated in an axial direction of a turbin rotor 1 so as to sequentially move a location of the caulking portion 12a to which the heating coil 42 faces, a high frequency current is supplied to the heating coil 42 so as to subject the caulked portion 12a to induction heating at the location to face. The caulking portion 12a to be separated from the location to face to the heating coil 42 after the heating is then subjected to slow cooling.
