PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed konjak food, having improved quality imparted with a flavor and texture further closer to meat and improved function with reduced konjak odor to the utmost so as to be directly eaten without discomfort.;SOLUTION: The processed konjak food includes konjak powder, bean curd refuse, walnut powder, prune puree, and water which are mixed and solidified with a coagulant. The production method of the processed konjak food includes the steps of: preparing a paste mixture by mixing bean curd refuse, walnut powder, and prune puree into paste (S7); preparing a konjak material by dissolving konjak powder in water (S8); adding the paste mixture to the konjak material and agitating the mixture (S9); subsequently leaving the agitated mixture standing for a predetermined time so as to be solidified with a coagulant (S10); and boiling the solidified mixture (S13).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
