PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an electric actuator for a work machine, which can achieve an appropriate response of the electric actuator, irrespective of a working state of the work machine.;SOLUTION: A control device A of an electric actuator for a work machine includes: a speed sensor 11s for measuring a driving speed of the electric actuator 11; a proportion unit 22 for multiplying a proportional gain Kp by a deviation e between a target driving speed vo of the electric actuator 11 and a measurement value v of the speed sensor 11s to output the result to the electric actuator 11; an integration unit 23 for multiplying an integral gain Ki by the deviation e to output the result to the electric actuator 11; and gain adjustment means 31 for adjusting the integral gain Ki according to a working state of a work machine. Since the integral gain Ki is adjusted according to the working state of the work machine, an appropriate response of the electric actuator 11 can be achieved irrespective of the working state of the work machine.
