PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly make a notification about computer system integrity with safety ensured in a disaster occurrence time.SOLUTION: When a disaster notification information reception unit 11 receives disaster information through a communication line, a mail notification natural word analysis unit 12 extracts a disaster related keyword which is a keyword related to a disaster extracted from sentences in the received disaster information. A disaster risk level selection unit 13 retrieves a disaster risk level keyword table 20 on the basis of the extracted disaster related keyword and performs determination of a risk level. A business instruction notification selection unit 14 generates a work notification instruction on the basis of the determined risk level. A business instruction notification unit 15 notifies a worker of the generated work notification instruction.
