PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system capable of precisely evaluating and estimating VOC.;SOLUTION: An isotopic compound (B) of VOC (A) is added by an amount of R_D11 into a volume V₁ containing S₁. The quantity of (B)R_D21 remaining in a container is determined. R_D31 is determined by R_D11-R_D21. A coefficient K₁₁ is determined by R_D31/R_D21. A volatilization volume R_H11 of the (A) in the volume V₁ is determined. A residual amount R_H21 is determined by K₁₁×R_H11. Content R_H31 is determined by R_H11+R_H21. K_1m and content R_H3m of the sample S_m with respect to (A) for the case of using the container of volume V_m is determined, in the same way. In order to estimate volatilization volume R_G for the case of supplying Y_m samples S_m into the volume V_est, K_1m of the sample S_m with respect to (A) is multiplied by the number Y_m of samples.
