PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of recommending, to users, an article in a medium as a target.;SOLUTION: A terminal device acquires an article specified as a registration target out of articles contained in medium information, and transmits the acquired article to an article management server. The article management server registers the article as a registration target received from the terminal device and a user as a registrant in association with each other. The terminal device transmits instruction information indicative of a recommendation reference article to the article management server. The article management server determines a recommendation article to be recommended in relation to the recommendation reference article specified by the instruction information out of registered article information so as to transmit a determination result of the recommendation article to the terminal device.
