PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bump which is installed in a pedestrian crossing or on a road surface where a stop sign is installed so as to suppress speeds of vehicles, and thereby protects pedestrians and also reduces accidents between vehicles.;SOLUTION: A belt-like bump 1 for vehicle travel road surfaces is made of a flexible material fixed on a road surface, and has a cavity 5 filled with a liquid R. The belt-like bump 1 is so shaped that when a vehicle moves onto an upper surface of the belt-like bump 1 exposed on the road surface and a load which is larger than predetermined is placed on an upper part 2 of the belt-like bump 1, the upper part 2 of the belt-like bump 1 abuts on a bottom wall 5a of the cavity 5, and the liquid R in the cavity 5 moves from one side to the other side of the belt-like bump 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
