PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a more efficient patrol route of a plurality of windows.;SOLUTION: The device includes a control unit and a storage unit. The storage unit stores procedure content specification information in which a window, an attribute of a user taking a procedure at the window and the procedure taken at the window are associated with one another, and dependence information specifying dependence between the procedures.
