The present invention relates to a client terminal for managing waiting of a client, an integrated media control device, a window call terminal, and a system and a method for managing waiting using the same. The present invention can be efficiently applied to a place where many clients frequently visit and have to wait for their business such as banks, government offices, hospitals, and airports, and is to eliminate inconveniences of a client having to find a waiting number ticket issuer installed in a specific position, receive an issued waiting number ticket, memorize their waiting number, wait for the waiting number to be displayed while confirming waiting numbers displayed every moment on a call display device in the place, and complete the window business. In the present invention, a client receives a client′s own waiting number issued by using a client′s own terminal, is given the estimated waiting time information by the system so he/she may actively use the waiting time, report the purpose of visit to the system, to efficiently complete their business, and receive subsequent information provided based on the purpose of visit through the terminal of the client to improve waiting efficiency of the client having to wait for their business.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
