PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can tabulate a work result of an enclosing test and instruct an operator with a lot to be processed next in the enclosing test.;SOLUTION: A work result tabulation device 3 in a work result tabulation system 1 includes: work result tabulation means 30; and work instruction means 31. The work result tabulation means tabulates work result information indicating which item and lot are in progress in an enclosing test. The work instruction means 31 checks presence of lots in each of which a remaining quantity in the lot becomes less than a predetermined percentage of the quantity in the lot, for each piece of work result tabulation information stored in a work result tabulation database 33. Then, if such lots exist, the lot is searched in which a quantity calculated by adding the quantity in the lot to the remaining quantity in the lot lies within a region centered at a basic number, from among the lots recorded in lot tabulation information and to which the enclosing test is not carried out. Thereafter, the work instruction means 31 sends a work instruction on the searched lot to an enclosing test device 2 used for the enclosing test of the lot of which the remaining quantity in the lot becomes less than the predetermined percentage of the quantity in the lot.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
