PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network system, capable of avoiding concentration of communication connection on one server and tabulating pieces of access information to the respective servers, by performing data transmission/ reception in cooperation with adjacent servers. ;SOLUTION: Portable terminals 12-1 to 12-m perform data communication with servers 10-1 to 10-n and a totaling device 13 respectively, and the portable terminals 12-1 to 12-m receive pieces of local information from the servers 10-1 to 10-n and the totaling device 13. In this case, pieces of totaling data to the portable terminals 12-1 to 12-m, each of which performs data communication are collected in the servers 10-1 to 10-n and the tabulation machine 13.
