PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method which makes possible to correctly evaluate the effect of wavelength conversion of a wavelength conversion material for solar battery use arranged to increase the efficiency of using light in a solar battery module.;SOLUTION: A method for evaluating the effect of wavelength conversion comprises evaluating a solar battery module including a wavelength conversion material for solar battery use by means of a solar simulator. The solar simulator satisfies a requirement of Class A of JIS C 8912 for degrees of coincidence of spectra and in which percentages of integration values of spectral irradiances of 300-350 nm and 350-400 nm to an integration value of spectral irradiances of 400-1100 nm of the spectra are 0.8% or more, and 3.0% or more, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
