MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY STAFF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve significant problems in that the delivery timing of a gas vessel in LP gas delivery business cannot be limited to a specific date since the timing depends on the use of gas by a customer, the volume of a gas vessel, the number of gas vessels to be installed, however, it is necessary to form equal holiday schedules for delivery staffs taking motivation maintenance and fatigue of the delivery staffs into consideration and, also, the load of formation of holiday schedule needs to be taken off a manager.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for automatically forming with a computer a fixed period of holiday schedule relating to delivery staffs in LP gas business. In the present invention, holidays are assigned to delivery staff data corresponding to the same delivery point and the same responsible area in an on-and-off manner. A determination is made whether the total of assigned holidays are not smaller than a predetermined number or not. If the total of the holidays is smaller than the predetermined number, additional holidays are assigned to the above-mentioned delivery staff data on the basis of a predetermined rule.
