PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a season ticket process device enabling introduction of a system related to a season ticket allowed to use in different operating-company routes, the introduction without influencing a peripheral system.;SOLUTION: An IC card processing machine converts a common stop number that is season-ticket data read from an IC card, into a specific stop number using a conversion table (S107), determines permissibility of embarking-disembarking on the basis of the post-conversion specific stop number (S117), and outputs the determination result onto a display device (S118, S119). With this, even season-ticket data stored in an IC card has a common stop number according to a number system unified among different operating companies, the common stop number is converted into a stop number managed as a specific stop number by the relevant operating-company by using the conversion table. This enables information processing separated from a common stop number according to the number system unified among the individual operating companies.
