PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a constant potential of a toner layer on a developing roller to stabilize an effective value of a supply bias, so as to stabilize the amount of toner moving from a supply roller to the developing roller.;SOLUTION: A developer used in a non-magnetic one-component developing device is conveyed from a supply roller 57 to a developing roller 58. A potential adjusting roller 70 is disposed on the upstream side of a supply nip part N2 to contact the developing roller 58.
