PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing blend tea beverage which can inhibit bitterness after heat sterilization.;SOLUTION: This invention provides a method of producing blend tea beverage subjected to heat sterilization, the method includes a mixture step for mixing grain extracts and green tea extracts at a temperature of 60°C or less, and a filtration step for filtering the liquid mixture at a temperature of 60°C or less, wherein a difference between the temperature of the filtration step and the temperature of the mixture step is 25°C or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
