PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a hydraulic pressure control type reserve chamber valve of the prior art.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic pressure type reserve chamber valve having a first closing member 12.1 for sealing a first penetration part 12.4 having a first cross sectional surface within a first valve seat 12.3 and a tappet 18, the tappet passes through the first penetration part, enabled to move under operation of a reserve piston 16, push the first closing member 12.1 out of the valve seat when a prescribed force relation is present between a spring force and hydraulic pressure to release the first penetration part, a second closing member having the first penetration part and the first valve seat seals against a second penetration part, the tappet passes through the second penetration part and pushes a second closing member out of the second valve seat after the first closing member when a prescribed force relation is present between the spring force and the hydraulic pressure and the first cross section is smaller than a second cross section so as to release the second penetration part. A high flow rate is assured and at the same time a positive releasing of the valve is assured even under high pressure.
