PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile carpet cleaning device in which a tile carpet is never damaged by brush, and a working efficiency is good.;SOLUTION: A tile carpet cleaning device includes a cleaning tank 10 for holding liquid, an ultrasonic wave vibrating plate 20 provided at a bottom of the cleaning tank 10, and transfer means 30 for transferring a tile carpet by facing it to the ultrasonic wave vibrating plate 20 while immersing the tile carpet in the liquid. The transfer means 30 transfers the tile carpet so that at least a portion thereof passes through a position corresponding to the antinode in the stationary vibration generated between a liquid level and the ultrasonic wave vibrating plate 20. Furthermore, high pressure cleaning means 40 is included which contains a cleaning nozzle 41 for ejecting the liquid to the tile carpet cleaned in the cleaning tank 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
