PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sense and force sense presenting device capable of presenting a touch feeling and an elastic feeling, for example "a tracing movement" and "a stroking movement", or "smooth or rough", "spongy" and the like.;SOLUTION: A touch sense and force sense presenting device 30 uses a tangent plane inclination obtained by a top board 38, because in squeezing, grabbing, beating, stroking movements of a person's touch sensation behavior, relative motion becomes large in a vertical direction against a finger contact surface and presentation of normal force becomes necessary to experience the touch sensation behavior.
