PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency operation-enabled hybrid battery pack.SOLUTION: The specification of this application discloses a battery pack including: a module assembly that is made up of two or more unit modules having different output and capacity; a detection unit for detecting the current and/or voltage of the battery pack and transmitting the detected current signal and/or detected voltage signal to a control unit; the control unit for selecting an optimal unit module from the module assembly on the basis of the current signal and/or voltage signal received from the detection unit; and a switching unit for electrically connecting a particular unit module of the module assembly with an external input and output terminal under control of the control unit. In the battery pack according to the invention, the optimal unit module is selected and operated depending on an operation condition of a device which the battery pack is built in, and this improves the operation efficiency of the battery pack.
