PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver, a circuit board with an optical transceiver, optical communication equipment, and a method for manufacturing an optical transceiver capable of reducing the cost of manufacture.;SOLUTION: An optical transceiver 10 has a pair of first press-fitting projections 30A, 30B provided in either a pair of side wall parts 36B or a terminal holding part 26, and a pair of first press-fitting grooves 39A, 39B corresponding to the first press-fitting projections 30A, 30B, respectively, provided in the other of the pair of side wall parts 36B and the terminal holding part 26.
