PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, a substrate with the optical transceiver, optical communication equipment and a manufacturing method of the optical transceiver.;SOLUTION: An optical transceiver 10 includes: a first circuit substrate 20 to which an optical fiber connection part 12 in which an optical fiber is connected is attached, and on which a photoelectric conversion element is mounted; a terminal module 22 having a terminal 23 and a terminal fixation part 26 for fixing the terminal 23; and a housing 33 to which the first circuit substrate 20 and the terminal module 22 are assembled. One end of the terminal 23 is inserted into a through hole 21 of the first circuit substrate 20 and connected to the through hole 21. The housing 33 enables positional deviation of the terminal module 22 according to allowance between the first circuit substrate 20 and terminal 23 that are assembled to the housing 33, and includes a holding part 39 for holding the terminal module 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
