PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical transceiver that allows reduction of manufacturing cost, and to provide the optical transceiver, a circuit board with the optical transceiver and optical communication equipment.;SOLUTION: An optical transceiver T includes: a first circuit board 11 which is coupled to an optical fiber connecting portion 10A configured to connect with an optical fiber and has a photoelectric converter mounted thereon; a terminal part 20 coupled to a through hole of the first circuit board at one end thereof, and externally connectable at the other end thereof; and a housing to which the first circuit board 11 and the terminal part 20 are assembled. A manufacturing method of the optical transceiver T includes: an assembly step of assembling the first circuit board 11 and the terminal part 20 with one end of the terminal part 20 is inserted into the through hole 12 of the first circuit board 11 to the housing 30; and a brazing step for brazing the one end of the terminal part 20 to the through hole 12 of the first circuit board 11 after the assembly step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
