PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information evaluation system server allowing a user to evaluate each piece of information existing on a telecommunication network and its validity.;SOLUTION: The information evaluation system server of the present invention includes: user individual evaluation receiving means for receiving individual evaluation information that comes from an information communication terminal and is provided by a user for browsing-object information displayed on the information communication terminal; evaluation information generating means for each piece of browsing-object information for generating evaluation information of the browsing-object information on the basis of the individual evaluation information of at least one user for the browsing-object information; and browsing-object information evaluation providing means for providing, to the information communication terminal, the generated evaluation information of the browsing-object information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
