PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel evaluation method which adjusts a deviation of each evaluation-executing person in personnel evaluation and performs an adequate personnel evaluation, and also provide a personnel evaluation system.;SOLUTION: Information on imaginary persons to be evaluated is offered in common to the evaluation-executing persons of a plurality of user companies which take part in the personnel evaluation system, and the evaluation-executing persons each execute personal evaluations of the imaginary persons to be evaluated. An average of the evaluation values obtained among the evaluation-executing persons of the user companies which use the results of the personnel evaluations is determined to be a reference value for adjusting the deviations in the evaluations. The difference between the evaluation result by each evaluation-executing person and the reference value is regarded as the deviation in the evaluation by the personnel-executing person, and the difference becomes an evaluation deviation correction value to the evaluation result by the evaluation-executing person.
