PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire location distinction device and a tire location distinction method using the same which are capable of facilitating tire location distinction, improving reliability, and reducing costs.;SOLUTION: There is provided a tire location discrimination device 100, including: a plurality of pressure gauges 140 respectively measuring internal pressure of a plurality of tires 121, 122, 123, 124; and an operation unit 160 receiving and processing transmitted pressure signals generated respectively from the plurality of pressure gauges 140 according to curves of a road surface.
