PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body relative posture measurement method and device that can accurately calculate relative postures of a plurality of moving bodies without having errors accumulated, target a three-dimensional posture, and be applicable even in an environment without characteristic object around.;SOLUTION: The moving body relative posture measurement method is configured to comprise: two or more moving bodies A and B that have a direction sensor 12 capable of measuring a direction of an object; at least one measured body C that is capable of measuring a direction of each of the moving bodies A and B; and a posture calculation device 10 that is capable of communication with each of the moving bodies A and B. The moving body relative posture measurement method is configured to: select, by the posture calculation device 10, a first moving body A and a second moving body B from the plurality of moving bodies A and B; measure, by the first moving body A, a direction of the second moving body B; measure, by the second moving body B, a direction of the first moving body A; respectively measure, by the first moving body A and the second moving body B, a direction of the same measured body C or a plurality of measured bodies having position relations known; and calculate, by the posture calculation device 10, a relative posture between the first moving body A and the second moving body B from a plurality of measured directions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
