PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-line advertisement and the like.;SOLUTION: An advertising system manager, partners and one or more participating publishers may collectively agree on a revenue sharing arrangement, based on revenue generated from advertisement conversions, for revenue sharing between the publishers and the partners such as content providers distributing embedded content links to the publishers through the advertising system manager. The advertising system manager may define various components of the revenue sharing arrangement including details of the revenue sharing arrangement and criteria for offering the revenue sharing arrangement. The partners may separately negotiate with the publishers with respect to terms of the revenue sharing arrangement.
