PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid sample transfer mechanism, a body fluid sample transfer method, a body fluid component analyzer and a body fluid component analysis method, capable of preventing unintended transfer of a body fluid sample resulting from a minute operation error of a pump and connection or separation between the pump and a test piece and accurately transferring the body fluid sample inside the test piece.;SOLUTION: A body fluid sample transfer mechanism 100 for transferring a body fluid sample introduced into a passage provided inside a test piece 50 comprises: a pump 10 connected with an opening 50a having a passage communicated to the outside to pressurize the opening 50a; and an atmosphere open valve 20 for communicating the opening 50a to the atmosphere by valve-opening operation. The body fluid sample is prevented from performing unintended transfer in the passage by opening the atmosphere open valve 20 to communicate the opening 10a to the atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
