PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and exactly perform a withstand voltage test on a resin-sealed withstand voltage test object 1.;SOLUTION: The test object 1 includes: input primary-side terminals Tin1 and Tin2 and output secondary-side terminals Tout1 and Tout2; an internal circuit including normally-open-shaped relay contacts 11 and 12 which are switched from an open state to a closed state when activated, to take in power inputted from the primary-side terminals Tin1 and Tin2; and a resin member MR sealing the internal circuit including the relay contacts 11 and 12. When the withstand voltage test is performed, switches 41 and 42 for short-circuiting parts of respective relay contacts 11 and 12 are preliminarily attached externally, and the parts of the relay contacts 11 and 12 are short-circuited by the switches 41 and 42, and a test voltage Vt is applied between the primary-side terminals Tin1 and Tin2 and the secondary-side terminals Tout1 and Tout2 and between the primary-side terminals Tin1 and Tin2 and an FG terminal Tfg to confirm whether dielectric breakdown of the object 1 occurs or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
