PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of seaweed food material for seasoning powder or for a bowl of rice soaked in hot green tea, using dried seaweeds as an ingredient for a bowl of rice soaked in hot green tea or seasoning powder.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of material for seasoning powder or for a bowl of rice soaked in hot green tea from dried seaweeds includes a combination of the steps of: pretreating materials of dried or salted seaweed of hijiki, kelp, and thick wakame leaves for adjustment of salt content and water content; swelling the pretreated material by instantaneous decompression after heating and compression; immersing the material swollen by the instantaneous decompression in a seasoning liquid; and drying the immersed material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
