PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser induced ablation process for laser removal of a material, especially important in medical applications and dental applications which require laser removal so as not to damage both of the peripheral soft and hard biomaterials.;SOLUTION: An ablation process is achieved by impulse heat accumulation (IHD) by short service life vibration of a material or direct and unique excitation of a phonon in such a way that a high responsive and clastogenicity ion is not generated by multiphoton absorption. All of the accumulated laser energy is optimumly delivered to the ablation process, in which inertia limited stress and related volume change from both of photodynamic expansion force and thermally driven phase transition positively interfere to drive the most efficient ablation process, thereby allowing the damage to the peripheral region due to ionization radiation or a thermal effect to be minimized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
