PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrometric method by which, in mass spectrometry for desorption/ionization of an object to be measured, the desorbed/ionized object to be measured can be detected with high sensitivity.;SOLUTION: A mass spectrometric method includes the steps of: placing, on a substrate, an ionizing agent that includes at least two or more functional groups represented by formula (1) in one molecule and of which boiling point is equal to or higher than 150°C and an object to be measured; and irradiating the ionizing agent and the object to be measured with one primary beam selected from among ions, neutral particles, electrons and laser beams.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
