PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make platinum carried in a coated manner on a surface of a fine particle other than platinum or palladium, which has been difficult but been desired as platinum nanoparticles has a significant catalytic effect but a material thereof is expensive, and to inexpensively provide platinum sufficiently carried on a surface of a fine particle other than the platinum, in order to reduce an amount of the platinum.;SOLUTION: Reduction of a platinum precursor is performed using a different reducing agent through a step including at least a first reduction step and a second reduction step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
